Construction Manager
We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our dynamic and expanding team in Italy to oversee and manage the construction phase of our projects, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
Location: Cuneo, Milano or Remote
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire construction process from pre-construction through project completion, ensuring compliance with design, quality, budget, and schedule
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and other third-party service providers
- Manage site activities, including inspections, site visits, and progress reporting
- Develop and implement project schedules, monitor construction progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and permitting requirements
- Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation measures during the construction phase
- Liaise with internal teams, including project managers, legal, and finance departments, to ensure alignment on project objectives
- Manage relationships with permitting authorities, landowners, and other key stakeholders involved in the construction phase
- Prepare and present regular project status reports
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring financial targets are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of managing complex construction projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate and multiple contractors and other third-party service providers
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, problem-solver with a strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
- Fluent in Italian and English

Project Development Manager Wind
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic and expanding team in Italy to coordinate and supervise the development and implementation of wind projects in Italy.
Location: Milan
Responsibilities
- Cover the full development cycle from early stage through the investment decision until RTB
- Coordinate external contract developers
- Set project timeline and monitor project deliverables
- Manage relationships with landowners, permitting authorities, grid operators, regulators and other relevant stakeholders
- Site visits
- Conduct risk analyses/assessments, review layout design and recommend mitigation measures
- Review project technical reports, supervise filing of grid connection and permitting requests
- Internal project pipeline management and reporting
- Monitor project deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years+ wind projects development experience in Italy
- Highly organized style, demonstrated ability to set priorities and to manage multiple projects in various phases simultaneously
- Self-motivated, problem-solver with high attention to detail
- Ability to operate effectively in a start-up environment
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in Italian and English
